Caring for your JungleBumz Nappies
How JungleBumz Nappies Work

Washing Instructions are the same

for all of our nappies:

1) Rinse off any poo from the nappy and the booster into the toilet.

This can be done by simply emptying the booster into to toilet,

using a soaker gun attachment or flushing the toilet whilst holding the booster.

2) Separate the booster from the nappy via the snaps and place nappy

and booster into an empty nappy bucket with a lid. DO NOT SOAK THE NAPPIES. “dry pail only”

3) Empty nappies out of your nappy bucket into your washing machine and

add 1/2 to a 1/4 of the recommended amount of washing powder that you would normally use.

Planet Ark Washing Powder is recommended but any washing powder that doesn't contain

Color Fasteners, Enzymes or added Softener will do. Wash on a Cold wash.

If your baby has sensitive skin you may have to do a final rinse twice.

4) Hang out nappies in the sun and leave out until dry. Drying in a dryer is

not recommended for these nappies as the heat breaks down the PUL and the elastic.

**IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU HANG THE NAPPIES IN THE SUN TO

DRY AS THIS KILLS ANY BACTERIA IN THE NAPPY,AND ALSO HELPS KEEP NAPPIES STAIN FREE.**
